The following is an overview of our S.M.A.R.T Fitness System Schedule.
Goality is like no other training program. Instead of picking classes based on the name, you are given trainers who design workouts for your fitness needs.
So, just pick a time, show up and don’t worry. Our job is to design the workouts and to get you results. We design Bootcamp, interval, or circuit training routines. Leave it up to use to give you any of these styles when you visit.
Remember, Goality is designed to give you a variety of classes which means you are never stuck with one type.
