Fitness Programs (TRX)
The Goality S.M.A.R.T Fitness System (GSFS) is offered in small group classes or 1 on 1 personal training. The classes are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in the quickest time possible. Your job is to show up ready to workout.

In an effort to continue to provide outstanding fitness programs, Goality is happy to offer Fight Fit fitness programs. Classes offered through Fight Fit include Cardio Fit, Zumba, Flirty Girl, and Boot Camp. Go to www.fightfitcardio.com to learn more about their programs. These classes are offered in the late evening hours starting at 6:30pm and after.

TRX Training Program
Description: A TRX workout program designed with the Suspension and Rip Trainer to tone and shape your body. Specific upper body and lower body exercises combined with interval training to burn extra calories off your body.

Shape and Tone Program
Description: A combination of unique workout routines designed to shape and tone your upper and lower body. Various tools including the BOSU balance trainer, T-Bow, and High Stepper will be used to burn extra calories off your body. BOSU Core routines are included here as well.

Seniors Fitness
Description: An age appropriate fitness program designed to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. The workouts are challenging yet fun to do.

Cardio Boxing
Description: A boxing class designed to elevate your heart rate and to burn calories off your body. You will also work on core and strength exercises to tone your body.

Boot Camp
Description: A functional and dynamic approach to moving your body to tone, shape and burn off extra calories from your body. There will be interval training, core training, and strength training all combined to raise your metabolic rate.

Yoga
Description: We offer Yoga to give you a complete fitness experience. Our instructors are experts in helping you relax and release tension. You will feel rejuvenated after each session.
